We are pleased to inform you that South Coast Medical Group has coordinated with University Hospitals Dorset to assist with Phlebotomy services for patients discharged under the Heart Failure at Home programme.
You can access an appointment for a blood test by calling one of our Surgeries and mentioning that you are part of the programme. Please state the day that the hospital has asked you to have your blood test. We will do our best to get you an appointment on this day, or as close as possible.
