Letter to patient 1

We hope this message finds you well. Our records indicate that you recently missed an appointment with us. If this was a mistake, or due to unforeseen circumstances, we completely understand and encourage you to contact us so we can assist you.

Our appointment slots are in high demand. Notifying us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment helps us offer it to another patient in need.

As part of our Did Not Attend (DNA) policy, we monitor missed appointments to ensure we can provide the best care for all our patients. Please note that repeated missed appointments without prior notice may result in changes to how future bookings are managed.

To make cancelling or rescheduling as convenient as possible, you can:

  • Call your Surgery
  • Reply with the word “CANCEL” to your appointment reminder text message
