We hope this message finds you well. Our records indicate that you recently missed an appointment with us. If this was a mistake, or due to unforeseen circumstances, we completely understand and encourage you to contact us so we can assist you.
This is the second time in the last 12 months that a scheduled appointment has been missed without notice. At South Coast Medical Group, our appointments are in high demand. By providing at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend, you allow us to offer your slot to another patient in need.
As part of our Did Not Attend (DNA) policy, repeated missed appointments without prior notice may result in changes to your booking options. Please note that if a third appointment is missed within a 12-month period, you will receive a final warning letter. Any further missed appointments after that may lead to removal from our practice list.
To make cancelling or rescheduling as convenient as possible, you can:
- Call your Surgery
- Reply with the word “CANCEL” to your appointment reminder text message
