The best way for you to book an appointment is to complete an eConsult, but you can also phone your surgery between 08:30 and 18:00 or visit in person.

Routine Appointments

These are usually face-to-face meetings between a patient and a clinician to discuss ongoing or non-urgent issues. These appointments may be conducted as a telephone consultation.

Urgent Appointments

These are appointments to discuss urgent issues, where a condition has arisen, changed or worsened suddenly. If you need an urgent appointment, please call your Surgery at 08:30 and we will try to arrange for you to speak to a clinician on the same day.

How to Cancel an Appointment

Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment. This will allow us to give your appointment to someone else in need.

  • Use the NHS App or SystmOnline
  • Reply “CANCEL” to your appointment reminder text message. This must be done at least 12 hours before your appointment time.
  • Call or visit your Surgery. This must be done at least 4 working hours before your appointment time.
