We have recently launched a Digital Champions service across all of our practices. These are one-to-one sessions to solve your digital problems and help you become more confident using technology and connecting online.
You can get help with:
- Registering for online services e.g. SystmOnline and the NHS App
- Ordering repeat prescriptions online
- Using e-Consult
- Website navigation
- Use of health apps e.g. ORCHA library, Viso
- Setting up and using an email account
- Forgotten usernames and passwords
- Online security
- Signposting to relevant online services and resources.
To request a Digital Champions appointment, please contact your Surgery, and the Digital Care Coordinator will get in touch to book an appointment. This can be over the phone or face-to-face at one of our Surgeries.
